কুড়িগ্রামের চিলমারী প্রেসক্লাবের বিরুদ্ধে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে বিভ্রান্তকর বক্তব্য প্রচার করায় থানায় অভিযোগ দায়ের হলেও এখন পযন্ত কোন সুরাহা না হওয়ায় চিলমারীর সাংবাদিকদের মাঝে ক্ষোভ বিরাজ করছে।

সাম্প্রতিক চিলমারীর নাজমূল হুদা পারভেজ, এস এম নুরুল আমিন সরকার ও জিয়াউর রহমান জিয়া তাদের নিজ নিজ ফেইজবুক আইডি থেকে চিলমারী প্রেসক্লাবের বিরুদ্ধে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন প্রকার আপত্তিকর মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রচার করে বিভ্রান্ত ছড়িয়ে আসছে।

চিলমারী প্রেসক্লাবের পক্ষ থেকে সংগঠনের ভাবমূর্তি ক্ষুন্ন হওয়ায় তাদের বিরুদ্ধে চিলমারী মডেল থানায় ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইনে গত ২২ এপ্রিল চিলমারী প্রেসক্লাবের সভাপতি নজরুল ইসলাম সাবু ও সাধারণ সম্পাদক মমিনুল ইসলাম অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন।

এর পর চিলমারী মডেল থানা অভিযোগ তদন্তের অনুমতির জন্য বিজ্ঞ সাইবার ক্রাইম ট্রাইব্যুনাল বাংলাদেশ, মহানগর দায়রা জজ আদালতে প্রেরন করে। যার স্মারক নং ৯৫০ তারিখ ২২/০৪/২০২১ খ্রিঃ। এ ব্যপারে চিলমারী মডেল থানার অফিসার ইনচার্জ আনোয়ারুল ইসলাম জানান, অনুমতি পেলে তদন্ত সাপেক্ষে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হবে।
